Forbidden will premiere at OUTFEST LA!!!
We are thrilled to announce that Forbidden will premiere at Outfest Los Angeles, one of the largest LGBT film festivals in the world. We are thrilled for the opportunity to screen our film for the first time on such a large and prestigious platform! This is AMAZING! Forbidden will have it's second California screening in Fresno at the Reel Pride LGBTQ Film Festival! We are thrilled to announce that Forbidden will be screening at the Charlotte Film Festival. This will be the North Carolina premiere of the film! Charlotte has been a very supportive city for us on many levels. Several organizations have brought us in for work-in-progress screenings and some events where Moises spoke as an activist and storyteller are included in the film. We are very excited to be a part of the 31st annual Milwaukee LGBT Film/Video Festival. The festival is housed by the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and we are thrilled to have this connection to the students at an academic institution. We are thrilled to be heading up to Lewisburg, WV at the end of October for the Appalachian Queer Film Festival October 28-29! Labeled the coolest small town in the U.S. in 2011, Lewisburg is home to a small but powerful queer film festival.
